Analyze Energy

1. Write down the current situation in your own handwriting. Include your email, name, address and phone number and permission for Joan to begin the work.

2. Indicate the type of consulting you would like:

• Energy evaluation ($50)
• Evaluation of supplements ($25) (include a list of those currently taken with amounts and brands)
• Broadcast flower essences ($25)
• Energy tune-up ($50)
• All-inclusive package (all of the above) ($100)

3. Arrange for payment

1. Include a check made payable to Joan Taylor
2. Provide a credit or debit card number (your statement will read Therapy Partner) (or)
3. Or provide your checking account and bank routing number (again, your statement will show a funds transfer to Therapy Partner for the amount you have approved.)

4. Mail or fax the information

2. Fax to (541) 857-6438

Joan will respond by email if you have it, otherwise by mail, describing the findings of the evaluation &/or tune-up. She would appreciate it if you then provide information on the response to the work.
